Christine Franklin

As the founder of CEI and its President for over 22 years, Christine Franklin has led an organization guided by its core values of Community, Excellence and Integrity. She and her business partners created a firm whose objective was to foster an environment in which they were excited to show up to work every day to deliver the Best Value to their clients. Having worked for large private firms for many years where the P & L numbers were the driving force behind many decisions, Christine wanted to create a company where employees, imbued with the spirit of belonging to a firm that cared, would be inspired to operate as a cohesive team to deliver to the world what none of them could do as an individual. She fostered on culture of inclusion, giving, receiving, excellence, integrity and spirit – achieving results far beyond the stakeholders’ expectations.

Christine hopes to continue her journey of making significant contributions to everyone in her sphere of influence so that they, in turn, affect change within their own spheres.

Christine Franklin is a Registered Professional Engineer, Certified Building Contractor and a Certified Pollutant Storage Contractor. She also holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Florida. She has carved an essential space for herself in the mostly male-occupied Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry (AEC Industry). As the President and sole female- owner of a prosperous business, she has shown the A/E/C industry what women can accomplish in leadership roles, regardless of the accepted gender norm. Ms. Franklin has grown to be recognized and respected by her peers for her expertise and fresh perspective.
