Our process is simple and easy

As business owners ourselves we understand how precious your time is and how little time you have to devote outside of the urgent and important.

With our tools and questionnaires, we identify the Not Urgent But Important issues that need to be addressed immediately, BEFORE they become urgent.

Stage of Development

We look at established parameters and determine what is needed for you to move up the ladder. Fill out the Executive Review Questionnaire and using various algorithms, proprietary software, benchmarking, and other methods our team will carry out an assessment to determine which is the best plan for you.

The Menu

We present a menu of items for you to choose from with a list of our recommendations. You will ultimately know what is best for you and your team and make the final selection of some or all of the items, based on your needs and budget, and prioritize them as you see fit.

Based on our honest assessment of your situation, you could be further along than you think or you may be farther behind than you would like to be. This is where we meet you and your key people and get consensus on your position on the path.

The Timeline

Once we agree and you select your menu items, we present a timeline of events, milestones along the way, expectations at the end of the agreement, and obligations of both parties for us to get there.

Meet our Founder

Christine Franklin

Christine Franklin is a registered professional engineer, certified building contractor and certified pollutant storage system contractor. She graduated with honors  in Masters’ of Business Administration program from the University of Florida and was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma,  the international business honor society for AACSB-accredited schools, which are the top 5% of business school programs around the world. The firm she founded CEI, has been named one of the fastest growing Gator-owned Businesses in the world.

 

She has ascended to the top of Whistler Mountain, Canada, with Deepak Chopra, tracked animals in Londolozi, South Africa, with Martha Beck and native trackers, gained self-knowledge with Eckhart Tolle in Costa Navarino, Greece, and developed a mindfulness practice with Jon Kabat-Zinn at Omega Institute in New York.
