How does the wonderful, beautiful butterfly – a creature, capable of flying high and gracefully, soaring above the ground and bringing
such joy to everyone who sees it -start off as an egg. Simple! It remembers its DNA and allows its life to unfold as nature intended. It defies gravity and soars by using the power of its wings.
As business owners your egg was your idea that hatched into a larva. From there it became (or will become) a chrysalis. You are the
creative force through which your chrysalis will become the butterfly. You will become ready to defy gravity, develop wings and bring light, and peace and joy to creation. Through this business idea you will be able to fulfill your purpose here on earth.
The Egg to the Caterpillar
The idea for the business was the DNA or Seeds of Creation. You are a channel for Creation when you had the idea to start your
business.You were ready to receive. You got the message and you ran with it taking the egg (the idea) and, using your talents and
those of others in your circle, allowed it to hatch into the larva (a functioning, running, business providing a service or product that
brings value to others). You started decoding your mission, your vision became clearer and you have been able to get through Stage I of the business. It has not been easy but you did the work, you trusted the process, and you had faith in the outcome. You have
achieved a modicum of success and you understand the level of effort required to keep things going to get through to the next stage.
The Caterpillar to the Pupa
You continue to the Chrysalis Stage. This is where the larva changes into the pupa. During this time, a hardened case forms around the pupa to protect it from predators and extreme weather conditions. The “pupa” stage may last for a short time to a much longer period, depending on the species. As life begins to swirl around you, as your business expands, as your ideas grow and the complexity of your operations engulf you, there is the need for safe space to evolve. Chrysalis which comes from Greek Khrysallis, means Golden Sheath. It is a vessel in which the caterpillar becomes a pupa and changes into a butterfly. In this Chrysalis you find strength, wisdom, inner harmony, connectedness and peace. It is from being in the chrysalis while life swirls around you that allows you to emerge as life. In this Chrysalis you develop your wings. While you continue to work on growth, expansion and achievements, SOS training and development provides the sheath that is needed for your soul to evolve.
The Pupa to the Butterfly
You transform into the Butterfly – a Spirit, free of all limits, free to change the world. This is a transformation process that you do by
yourself. It was encoded in your DNA by the Universal Wisdom that you be the vehicle through which this life happens. You accept your
part in the plan for Creation. Your soul emerges to merge. The Soul of Your Business becomes the Business of Your Soul.
